Kickflip of Nazareth

HOLY INSTRUCTIONS

Press and hold anywhere (or Space) to pop an ollie.
A gauge appears over Jesus. Let go while the needle is in the green to land it.
Let go in the gold middle for a divine landing, worth triple points.
Letting go early, late, or not at all is a crash.

3 divine landings in a row: a dove joins you. Each dove adds +5% to all points. Break the chain and they scatter.
5 in a row: lightning, a glowing cross, and the Holy Ghost, an extra life (once per run).
Every 3rd obstacle bounce summons an angel: +200.
Divine onto a wall and divine off it: someone proud shows up.
Pass 10,000 points and things heat up.
